Imaginary Restaurant started with a small kitchen and a big question: what if dinner felt like a story? Chef Elena Marlowe has been answering it every night since.
We work with farms nearby, cook most things over fire and change the menu with the seasons. Nothing fancy for the sake of it, just good food that surprises you a bit.
